Business Development Managers
Sales Department

Our new Business Development Managers will do just that! The BDM will call on U.S. employers to place thousands of cultural exchange participants in fun and exciting temporary summer jobs located primarily in summer resort locations. This person will also travel domestically and internationally from time to time to sell to customers and recruit exchange participants.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Sales experience is required
- Must be passionate about international/cultural exchange and travel
- Skilled knowledge of Excel and Word are required, as well as professional experience with a CRM database and familiarity with the internet
- Bachelor's degree is required
- Must be a self-starter who has a proven track record of hitting sales goals and likes a high-pressure, fast-paced environment
Program Coordinator
H-2B Department
(1) Regular Part-time
The Program Coordinator is responsible for assisting the H-2B Program Manager and assisting in the general administration of the H-2B program. The H-2B Visa program provides opportunities for individuals seeking temporary non-immigrant work placements in the United States. The H-2B Program Coordinator assists with host company/employer accounts, while communicating effectively and working closely with clients/employers across the United States in order to process their requests and fulfill their temporary staffing needs. This includes assisting the Program Manager to screen and recruit individuals who are eligible for the H-2B visa, as well as to assist in the preparation for individuals to apply for H-2B visas.
QUALIFICATIONS

Controller
Accounting/Finance Department

The Controller will be responsible for identifying and delivering a broad range of accounting/finance services to the small organizations under common ownership. The Controller will have primary responsibility for overseeing the 2 ~ 4 staff accountants and developing standard accounting operating procedures, and implement best practice of cost and budget accounting, and internal controls. The Controller will also work with Staff accountants to maintain data and produce financial reports through Great Plains.
QUALIFICATIONS
- A bachelor degree in Accounting or CPA preferred
- Three to seven years of professional experience in preparing finance statements, bank reconciliations, AP, AR, G/L, Financial audit, and Tax returns
- One to three years of managerial experience
- Strong system skills including Great Plains and MS Excel
- Solid knowledge and understanding of GAAP
- Detail oriented; Strong Analytical and problem-solving skills
Client Services Manager
Client Services Department

The Client Services Manager is responsible for servicing, maintaining, increasing and cross selling of AAG product lines by managing and expanding business relationships with US Employers. The role requires account managing all projects and activities related to individual company's recruitment needs for each season, from enrollment, application processing and approval, through the arrivals of the participants. Primary responsibilities would be coordinating information, scheduling interviews, updating changes to existing job/training opportunity, any and all activities related to the employers needs. Documents all correspondences email, phone calls in internal database for employer, vendors and participants ensuring 100% compliance. Client Services Manager is responsible for ensuring world class service for internal and external customers.

QUALIFICATIONS

The Account Manager provides support to the daily coordination and communications of AAG's largest, national account who employ international exchange program participants on a J-1 Work & Travel, J-1 Intern/Trainee, and or H-2B seasonal work visa. The Account Manager will work with the on-site Human Resources professionals to ensure all employee/employer relationships run smoothly. In addition, as the Account Manager will work with multiple properties to answer questions related to program rules, assist with any aspect of the program participants' experience in conjunction with the Corporate Support Services Manager, local coordinators and Human Resources staff at each property.
