We are currently looking for a Seasonal Outreach Coordinator, an In Country Recruiter, and a Sales Account Manager:


SEASONAL OUTREACH COORDINATOR

Alliance Abroad Group employs Independent Contractors around the U.S. during peak seasons to serve as Outreach Coordinators for Internationals participating in our work and cultural exchange programs. Outreach Coordinators serve as a primary support for both participants and host companies and deal with issues ranging from culture shock to job performance issues. While rewarding, this job is challenging and requires exceptional problem solving skills, creativity, and a calm, professional demeanor. Job duties are performed almost entirely via computer and phone. Sliding scale compensation based on number of participants assigned. Training in AAG policies and procedures, as well as, State Department Regulations is provided along with ongoing supervisory support throughout the seasons. AAG is currently accepting resumes for our summer season which begins approximately around June 1.

IN-COUNTRY RECRUITER

The In-Country Recruiter will report directly to the Sr. Vice President of Marketing Operations and work closely with the H-2B Program Director. Job duties will begin with intensive training in regards to administration of the H-2B program and its operations, particularly with emphasis on participant recruitment, job categories/types, and established market areas, as well as an understanding of the sales to potential participants, incentives, and recruitment strategies.

This person will coordinate and lead marketing and recruitment efforts for in-country positions, as well as keeping track of participants for future seasons as they become eligible. They will work closely with the H-2B Program Director on types of positions and deadlines for recruitment.

In addition to these items, this person will be responsible for ensuring that all operations and administrative decisions are under compliance of the rules and regulations of the visa program, and maintain communications with in-country participants in order to meet recruitment deadlines prior to visa expiration dates.

QUALIFICATIONS: Skilled knowledge of Excel and Word required, as well as database management and familiarity with the Internet. Bachelors Degree in a related field required, such as marketing or communications. Minimum of 2 years experience with recruitment marketing, customer loyalty programs or the international/cultural exchange industry preferred.

SALES ACCOUNT MANAGER

The Sales Department is responsible for identifying and securing job placements for international applicants for a variety of different visa programs. Once the Regional Sales Manager secures new business, the Sales Account manager is responsible for managing, maintaining and expanding the relationships. Duties include, but are not limited to:

Regular company follow-up on future orders, current recruitment efforts, and ongoing communication throughout the year to ensure excellent customer service and experience.

- Ownership of the company application/job offer process to ensure clear, concise packages that will be appealing and easy to understand for prospective candidates overseas.

- Impeccable and proactive collaboration with companies to ensure all applications are in, approved and open in time for recruitment seasons (including multiple phone/email attempts/day).

- Interaction with AAG Work Travel (placement team) to ensure partners are able to advertise and fill the allocated positions.

- Interaction with AAG Support team members to ensure participants are enjoying experience in jobs and facilitating the resolution of any company-related concerns.

Other responsibilities will include data entry, excellent oral and written skills, quality assurance, generating reports, and general problem solving.

QUALIFICATIONS: Qualified candidates will possess the ability to adapt quickly to new tasks and deadlines as they are assigned, attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to prioritize competing tasks. The Account Manager must possess excellent communication skills and the ability to work as a part of a team. Bachelor's degree in any relevant field is required. Experience in the cultural exchange industry is preferred.
