Need to fulfill seasonal and/or high peak staffing needs with qualified individuals? The H-2B Program helps businesses employ participants with temporary work visas for up to 10 months, depending on an employer's need. Employers compensate H-2B workers with the prevailing rate of pay for regular full-time employees in the same positions. Employers are also able to request the same eligible workers year after year to reduce time spent on training, and allow for continuity in the workplace each season.
