" I have learned useful organizational skills, I find myself more organized and I feel I am more reliable, I complete every task I perform. I have been attending the catering, staff and billing meetings, I understand the necessary of weekly meetings- to be sure that all functions happening at the resort go smoothly and the guests are satisfied with our service. I have improved my typing skills, my English (both written and spoken), computer usage, etc. I feel that I know the resort and its operations and management. I still have some training time in sales department and I am looking forward to it.
Because the resort is the place where students from all over the world are coming I have had a chance to meet them, talk about life in their countries, different styles of life. It is very interesting how much we are different, how different our plans for the future are, it is nice to learn at least a few words in different languages. I enjoy it." -Magdalena
