Each participant receives our personal attention as we learn about their goals and interests to develop a customized international placement.

ORIENTATION
We prepare our participants before arrival at their professional site and assist them through the cultural and environmental change. We provide an overview of program regulations, culture shock, placement expectations, work ethics, emergency contacts, social security procedures and insurance information.

COMMUNICATION
You will receive regular communication and on-going updates during the application process and throughout the program. Through regular feedback and program evaluations, we continue to change and grow, operating at the highest level of integrity. We will also send you regular information and updates about the international exchange industry.

HOUSING
We help locate and provide housing details to ensure our participants a quick and easy adjustment to life abroad.

24/7 ASSISTANCE
Our field staff division and partners are dedicated to providing day-to-day assistance. We provide our employers, participants and partners with a 24-hour emergency hotline. We are available any time in case of an emergency.

PAPERWORK
We provide complete paperwork assistance from the application to the visa documentation. We work together to streamline the process for each applicable visa and program.

INSURANCE
All participants receive full health/travel insurance coverage.

TRAINING
We provide online training on all our programs, including sales and operational aspects for all steps of the process.

MARKETING
We will work with you to ensure that you get the right message to your clients, as well as provide you with customized materials.

EMBASSY AND CONSULATE
We will help you develop the relationship with Embassy officials to make the visa process easier.
